In writing , we have been learning about direct dialogue. We watched a film of two brothers who were fighting over a ruby or gem.
They opened the safe and inside they found a gem.
“The shiny ruby is mine ” explained Bob.
“No, the gem is mine!” yelled Jeff.
“No it isn’t. Give it to me.”
“Give it to me!” said Jeff very angrily.
They keep arguing with each other over the gem until Jeff threw Bob to the back of the train and broke the wall.
In math we have been using calculators to times, add and take away to try and find the solution to get to the target number.
Something I like about it is that it is challenging.
On this day, I was one away from the target number.
Something that I would like to learn is how to divide.
Draw all you can art is where you can use your imagination where you can draw epic pictures. in my group there was Esther, Archie and Sophie L.
What we did: we got these cards called “Draw All You Can” and we grabbed a blue theme card. Our theme was a hero. Then we added the yellow cards for some more drawings and finally the blue cards for some patterns.
